According to Microsoft, some users may experience a slight delay between pressing the "Start" button and the actual recording of the video. Since this is a pre-release version of the app, you may face bugs. After the recording is completed, you can evaluate the result before saving it or sending it to other users. You can then refine the area of the screen that needs to be captured on video. To give it a try, open the Snipping Tool app and select the Record tab. So in the new update they introduced the built-in screen recording feature! The update is currently only available to Insiders on the Dev channel. In addition to screenshots, it comes the ability to record video from the screen.
